Founding pre-order terms

These terms are between you and Robert Lyon, who runs StrewHub on his own (as a sole proprietor) until StrewHub becomes a company. They cover the founding pre-order on strewhub.com.

What you’re buying

• A pre-paid StrewHub family plan: 3 months for $15, every child included.
• Your paid months start at launch, or on the day you join if that’s later. We email you the launch date at least 30 days ahead. Before launch, you can use StrewHub while it’s being built at no extra cost.
• StrewHub is being built while you use it. Early versions will have gaps and bugs; that’s what founding families help us find.
• Launch means StrewHub opens to everyone with its core features working reliably, and new families start paying.

Renewal

• When your pre-paid months end, your plan continues at your founding price ($15 a month) on the card you used, until you cancel.
• We email you 7 days before the first charge. Cancel any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@strewhub.com.
• Your founding price is the price of the family plan. The monthly AI allowance that comes with the plan may change as we learn what AI really costs; we’ll email you before it does. AI help beyond the allowance always shows its price before you pay.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refunds page, including an automatic full refund if StrewHub hasn’t launched by April 1, 2027. A full refund also ends your founding-family place, including the founding price.

When StrewHub becomes a company

We plan to form a company to run StrewHub before launch. When we do, your plan, these terms and your founding price move to that company unchanged, and we’ll email you its name. Your refund rights stay exactly the same.

Your part

Feedback is welcome and never required. You never owe us your time.

Your content

Everything your family makes in StrewHub is yours. You can export or delete it any time. Nothing becomes public unless a parent publishes it.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we’ll email you first, and changes never apply to money you’ve already paid. Questions: hello@strewhub.com.
